Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your piece. Because every Fell & Form item is made in small, limited runs and finished by hand, please read the details below before requesting a return.

Our basics

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • For change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping; we refund the item price once the piece is back with us and inspected.
  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, we make it right at no cost to you — a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@fellandform.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item you'd like to return
  3. The reason for the return (and photos, if it arrived damaged or defective)

We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us, so we can make sure your return is logged to your order.

Change-of-mind returns

If you simply change your mind, you may return an unused item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. You're responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend a tracked, insured method — we can't refund an item that doesn't reach us. Once we receive and inspect the piece, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or defective items

Inspect your piece as soon as it arrives. If it's damaged in transit or has a defect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover everything — your choice of a free replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund including original shipping. You won't be asked to pay return shipping on a damaged or defective item.

Because our pieces are made in limited runs, an exact replacement may occasionally be sold out. If we can't replace the item, we'll issue a full refund.

Local pickup orders

If you chose free local pickup, returns can be handled in person by arrangement, or shipped back to us under the terms above.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, please follow the return process above.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked final sale or clearance
  • Custom or personalized pieces (if offered in the future)
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window, or not in original, unused condition

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (card, Apple Pay, or PayPal) via Stripe. After we process a refund it may take a few additional business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
